Den interaktive lysinstallasjonen Kollektiv kunst er utført av TEMPO PROSJEKT/Camille Norment. Kollektivtransport har vært innfallsvinkel for kunstverket som er plassert i tilknytning til hovedbussholdeplassen i Moss. Verket signaliserer bussenes ankomst gjennom et lysprogram som manifesterer seg som et organisk og vibrerende mønster av lysfliser på en brokonstruksjon over gaten. Mengde og farge på lyset er knyttet til bussenes bevegelse gjennom et avansert GPSsystem, og gir publikum informasjon om bussenes bevegelser. Prosjektet er en del av ”Sentrumsoffensiven 2004-2008” der KORO hadde en rådgivende rolle overfor Moss kommune.

The interactive light installation Kollektiv kunst [Communal/Mass Art] is created by TEMPO PROSJEKT/Camille Norment. Public mass transportation is the point of departure for this artwork, which is installed close to the main bus stop in the town of Moss. Using a traffic signal program to chart the buses’ arrival, the piece takes the shape of an organic-looking and pulsating pattern of illuminated tiles on a bridge construction spanning the street. The amount and colors of the light are linked to the movement of the buses through an advanced GPS system, thus informing the public about their whereabouts. The project is part of ”Sentrumsoffensiven 2004-2008”, an initiative targeting the downtown area, where Public Art Norway (KORO) served as an advisor to the Municipal Authorities of Moss.
