About the art committee

The art consultants on the committee have been appointed by KORO and the rest of the committee have been appointed by Nytt konserthus i Stavanger IKS. The committee’s main task is to plan and carry out art projects for the Stavanger region’s new Concert Hall in accordance with KORO’s Guidelines for Art in New Public Buildings.

The committee also has the task of commissioning art projects for the parking facilities and the infrastructure of Bjergsted Park. Moreover, the committee will be a collaborative partner in creating the overall visual profile for the Concert Hall’s public areas, including sponsors’ visibility and information material.
